The brief
Ipsos, world leader in market research, wanted to rethink its digital presence on an international scale. The challenge was twofold: to modernize its web ecosystem while ensuring graphic and functional consistency across 90 countries. We were asked to design a flexible solution that could be deployed on a large scale.

How to design a homogeneous, intuitive digital platform that respects Ipsos’ visual identity while adapting to local specificities?

Defining an effective digital architecture
At the same time, we sent out a request to the various markets to identify their needs and expectations, while carrying out a detailed analysis of the competition.
These insights enabled us to refine our proposal and design appropriate page templates to ensure a fluid and consistent user experience.
Creation of a digital graphic charter
This work was carried out on key pages of the interface, carefully selected by Ipsos. The aim of this approach was clear: to create a library of identity assets, and to deepen the lessons learned from the workshops.
The pages have also been designed to achieve 80% accessibility according to RGAA criteria.
