Noreapp is revolutionizing commercial real estate by reinventing office marketing and development. The company aims to shake up a market frozen by standardized services, lacking agility and responsiveness. With the launch of an innovative digital offering, unique on the market, it has asked us to support it in this transformation.

A clear brand identity for direct impact

We worked on a brand platform, highlighting a strategic differentiation based on innovation, simplicity and transparency in commercial real estate.

Based on an in-depth analysis of the market and lessors’ expectations, the agency has defined a distinctive positioning, built around a fluid digital approach (the configurator) and customized support.

It also designed a strong brand identity, embodying expertise and modernity, through a direct and reassuring communication tone, a refined visual universe and a discourse focused on efficiency and trust.

This work has given Noreapp a unique personality, both pragmatic and innovative, capable of standing out in a sector often perceived as complex and rigid.

We then applied the new charter to various media to ensure visual consistency, such as sales presentations, email signatures and other communication tools.

A configurator for customizing and financing office space

We've created a configurator that lets users project the layout of the space they want to sell, using different themes and equipment that they can personalize and share with their colleagues.

Inspired by luxury car configurators, this tool has been designed for quick and efficient use. With this in mind, the integration of rent, monthly installments for fittings and a financing offer provides a harmonious solution perfectly adapted to users’ needs.

Simplify administrative management for customers

Once the contract has been signed between Noreapp and the lessor, the latter can access a personalized interface presenting key information concerning his various buildings. To simplify access, we have opted to use an identification link that can be retrieved from the landlord's mailbox, rather than a conventional login and password.
