The Brief

As a result of the joint venture between Fnac Darty and CEVA Logistics, Weavenn sought to structure its brand identity and digital ecosystem to support its launch and clarify its logistics and marketplace offerings to e-commerce stakeholders.

Bien-Fondé is supporting Weavenn with a comprehensive strategy combining branding, editorial strategy, content, social media, and the development of its digital presence.

The Challenge

How can a new joint venture build visibility and credibility in a highly competitive logistics market?

The project was also intended to:

  • clarify Weavenn’s offerings and areas of expertise;
  • highlight the synergies between marketplace, fulfillment, and logistics;
  • design a communications ecosystem capable of supporting the brand’s growth.

Our response:

  1. 01. Creation of a custom brand identity and website
  2. 02. Production of a corporate video presenting the company
  3. 03. Social media communication strategy and community management
  • 1m29s medium-engagement
  • 100% SEO score
  • 1 Community engagement for the past two years
I’m thrilled to be working with Bien Fondé—the team is professional, responsive, and dedicated to excellence. The agency successfully guided Weavenn through the creation of its website and the launch of its social media channels, delivering high-quality results in a short timeframe—all with a smile!

01.

A Custom Brand Identity and a Website

Weavenn is a portmanteau of two English words: “weave” and “heaven.” We therefore developed a brand identity capable of forging a strong bond with its audiences. We created educational and informative content in the form of regular features to provide relevant and accessible resources on the latest trends in logistics and e-commerce sales. And so, the Weavers community was born.

Visually, we drew inspiration from tech giants, using a minimalist design that highlights the essentials, combined with vibrant colors and custom 3D illustrations. This approach gives the brand personality while conveying its key features.

The wave, symbolic of Weavenn’s “new wave,” is also a central element of our artistic direction. This graphic element features curves that evoke the weaving and flow found in logistics.

The new brand identity was first implemented on the corporate website showcasing the company. Completed in record time (3 weeks), 100% manageable and modular, we proposed adding subtle animations to the site to make the experience more dynamic and present the information in an interactive way.

Transitions, scroll effects…these animations align with the brand’s identity andthe narrative we’re weaving, to support the message and help users understand our offerings.

A video introducing the company

At the same time, we filmed several segments featuring key stakeholders in the joint venture to explain the project’s origins, as well as its offerings and unique selling points in the market. We chose to incorporate video footage and motion graphics to reinforce the interviewees’ messages.

In order to reach a wide audience and meet the specific needs of our future users and employees, this video was produced in several formats and shared across various channels, such as social media.

03.

Social Media Strategy & Community Management

We recommended launching the brand primarily on Instagram (a hub for e-commerce businesses), LinkedIn (for its professional and institutional network), and YouTube (which increasingly supports interactive formats such as Reels).

We’ve created educational sessions, such as “Myths Unraveled,” where we debunk common misconceptions about e-commerce and logistics, as well as a spotlight on the month’s “hot topic” (which brands frequently use to drive sales).

At the same time, we launched an influencer program to help grow the Weavers community by inviting users to share their tips through testimonials and interviews.

04.

A Film Shoot at the Heart of Logistics Operations

To showcase Weavenn’s expertise and provide a concrete illustration of its fulfillment solutions, we visited its logistics facility in Compans for a film shoot that brought us up close to the teams and operations.

From receiving goods to storing them, including order fulfillment, shipping, and returns management, we’ve captured the various stages of the supply chain to highlight the inner workings that enable Weavenn to support e-commerce businesses on a daily basis.

We alternated between on-site footage, interviews with employees, and drone footage to highlight the company’s infrastructure, technologies, and human expertise. Special attention was paid to the diversity of the shipments handled—from small packages to bulky items—to illustrate the full range of Weavenn’s operational capabilities.

Designed to enhance the website, social media, and marketing materials, this content reinforces the brand message with concrete evidence: behind every order are teams, technologies, and a logistics operation dedicated to supporting the success of e-commerce businesses.
